The reception staff at Ramada were friendly and cute. They were pretty good too make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location, inside an industrial area, might not seem ideal for some tourists, but I found it to be very convenient. The room service was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room amenities, including the mini-bar and in-room safe, were perfect for my needs. The dining restaurant had a range of options, including halal food, which was a great touch.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hakan from reception was the most helpful and friendly receptionist I've ever encountered. He offered great suggestions on what to do and where to go in Istanbul and even organized a free shuttle for me and my daughter to Isfanbul Park. The breakfast options were good and the waiters were attentive. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms being exceptionally clean. Special mention goes to Serife, the lady who cleaned our room, for her dedication and asking if we were happy with the cleanliness.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the free internet and safe box in our room. The hotel also offered a free dropping off service to the nearby metro station or mall, very convenient. We enjoyed the option of either ordering from the ala carte menu or dining at the buffet. The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. The nearest shopping mall was just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy for us to do some shopping.
